We’re having problems viewing, receiving and sending emails on the [email protected] address today.
If you sent an email question today (23-Jan-2020) to that email address we might not have got it, but for those we do have, we’ll reply as quickly as we can.
Best to send the email on or after the 24th January if you are unsure if we got it or not. I’m really sorry about this, but we have no way of knowing if the email got to us or not.
The best way to get in touch with us is to drop us a question on The Clubroom.
We’re really sorry about this. The company we use for emails is working on fixing it so we’ll keep an eye out for when it’s back.
PPS What a few weeks!
All our phones went offline for a few hours just before we closed the Windows 10 Course enrollment. Our email system sent out a duplicate weekly newsletter from Julie. A Windows update broke our customer database. These emails aren’t working. And all but two of our websites went offline for a few hours the other night! None of these problems were our fault, which is both good and bad, good because I don’t have to fix it but bad because if it had been us that broke it we could have fixed it quicker!
Thankfully I’m off tomorrow, I’m going to eat chips with Tim, sussshhh don’t tell his wife Julie 🙂
