If you’re new to the Inner Circle or want to remind yourself how parts of it work, this video is a great place to start. Or, if you prefer to read how to use the Inner Circle you can find our Members’ Handbook here.
Click the play button in the middle of the video to start it playing. You can also make it full screen by clicking the small ‘full screen’ button on the bottom right once it starts.
Having problems? Watch it on YouTube here. And read our article here for help adding subtitles / captions to the video.
Incidentally, if you want to set up a “gravatar” – one of the little pictures that shows next to your questions and comments in the Clubroom – here’s how to do that.

Hi George. I’m so glad you have found our books helpful 🙂
Here on the Inner Circle, we can help with tablet (iPad and Android) questions and problems. Some of our journal posts apply to tablets as well as computers. We can’t help with Mac computer problems though sorry 🙁
It might be best to give us a ring on 01229777606 or email [email protected] if you have any further questions, or pop back here if that’s easier.
Thanks
Mike

Hi further to the advice given by Jade….I would like to be able to print labels for pots of jam etc ..Lakeland supply labels 4X6 .5cm.My printer is HP Deskjet 2540

Hi Jim.
I’m really sorry Jade isn’t in today, but let me see how I can help…
Usually, you need a template word document which gives you the layout and you can then enter your text into the template and it positions it in the right place.
I’m going to have a look and see if I can find one for you. Are there 4 stickers to each sheet of A4 or do you have a product page on a website which shows what they look like please?
Many thanks
Mike 🙂

Jade explained that she was not technical! and that I should post as I did. If you go on to the Lakeland web site lakeland .co.uk search for decorative labels up pops 76 traditional decorative Jam labels etc product no 7527.It shows a picture of the labels ,as it said in my last e-mail the size is 4X6.5 cm,hope this is helpful…Jim
