Hi Nick,
Many thanks for your feedback, we try really hard to produce a good Inner Circle TV, but there’s always room for improvement thank you.
Is there anything we can help with?
Thanks
Mike 🙂

My computer screen picture has suddenly rotated 90degrees anti clockwise. How do I return it to normal? Geoff.S.

The Apple support supplied the answer, thank you. There are two other icons that equal “print”. And I found I had one of those.
Had a senior moment when I thought I couldn’t find “my” password. Then realised it was your “monthly” password that was needed for accessing the Clubroom!

Hi Judith ,
glad they could help with the answer. Ah yes we should call it the Clubroom Password or Code Word or something a bit more sensible. I’ll add it on my wishlist.
Thanks
Mike =)

I want to print from my iPad. Page 21 of your manual says that I should get a “print” option when I click on the curved arrow at the top of the page. My arrow appears at the bottom and offers me the options of “reply”, “forward” etc but no “print”.

Hi Judith,
Is this an email you’re printing? If you swipe up on the menu with “Reply” and “Forward”, you should hopefully see the Print option, provided your printer is wireless. If your iPad can’t find the printer, let us know and we’ll do some troubleshooting.
Take care,
Kathryn

Ad blockers – was interested to know how to block ads on certain sites as Jess has suggested and which sites those would be. Also, sometimes there is hardly any space on the screen for what you want to look at because of all those ads. Is there a way to reduce at least some of the ads?

Hi Mary-Rose,
Thanks for getting in touch.
I can see you’re using Safari on your Mac, is this the web browser that you’re wanting to block ads on? If so then you’ll need to use an ad blocker as I’m not sure if you can just block ads on certain websites I’m afraid.
If you would like to use an ad blocker, let me know and I’ll send over some instructions for you,
Thanks
Jess

Hi Mary-Rose,
Sorry I’m a bit confused, would you like instructions to use an adblocker on your iPad or iMac please?
Thanks

Hi Mike and Jess thought this was worth a mention.
After watching you video re the new iPhone SE, I was talking to my daughter on the phone and mentioned that I was toying with the idea of buying a new iPhone SE. Unbelievably she had just the day before purchased one for herself. I started to talk about the fact there was no headphone socket and her response was that she was sure there was a socket as headphones came with the phone. After some discussion she said she would take a closer look and ring me back. Apparently sky gave her headphones and an adapter that fits into the charging socket.
Best Wishes
Pam

Hi Pam,
Oh that’s good news. It seems daft to not be able to use headphones with a new phone. I guess with everything going wireless at the moment, Apple wants you to purchase their AirPods for around ÂŁ120 but if they come with specially adapted ones, that’s saving you a lot of money!
Thank you for sharing this info with us,
Take care
Jess
